Zenayda Lafontaine is the CEO and founder of Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. After serving as a Clinical Director and overseeing both home-based and center-based programs, the goal of developing a company that was tailored to her passion of helping individuals, families and professionals alike was born. While working at large ABA agencies, the notion of working closer with her families and staff pushed her away from large organizations and convinced her that smaller was better. Through years of experience, Zenayda understood that staff training is an essential component of exceptional services. Zenayda’s need for ensuring that families received quality services with the best interest of the individuals and their families at heart, while also understanding the necessity of ABA professionals to form part of a community that demands clinical excellence and ethical principles led to the birth of Advanced Behavioral Dimensions.
